Three fixes around stopping and starting things in a bottle.

Stopping a bottle now really stops it. Wine's own stop asks its server to end every program, but a program parked in the Mac window loop could miss that and outlive the server by a day, holding memory and the bottle's server directory. Highball now waits for the server to go and then ends whatever still belongs to the bottle, which also cleans up after a server that crashed. The command line reports what it had to end.

Commands no longer die silently while a Steam window is open. Steam's interface runs with Wine's sync mode off, while games keep the faster mode, and Wine fixes the mode when the bottle's server starts. Anything started afterwards with the other mode died before doing anything: a Windows version change that reported success, a registry write, a recipe step, a game launched from the library. Every launch now reads the running server's mode and uses it; the bottle's setting applies the next time the server starts, and the log header says when that happened.

The Steam tile wakes a running client instead of doing nothing. After a game launch the Steam client keeps running quietly, and clicking the tile used to start a second copy that handed off to the first and exited without a window. The tile now asks the running client to show its window, and leaves the server alone in case a game is still running under it.

Details: issues #48, #32 and #33.
