More fixes for iOS, starting with a keyboard that can finally be dismissed.

- Support for LibreChat v0.8.8, including Background Tasks you can view and stop from the chat header, and a Running section in the drawer for conversations still generating
- Tool approvals appear one call at a time in a panel docked above the composer
- Password-protected and copy-protected PDFs are decrypted on the device before upload, so Anthropic models accept them
- Skill files open in a viewer and can be edited in place
