This release adds the ability to use AppData and detect missing write permissions.
It also includes all the new features from 3.0, including:
- Automatic driver downloading and installing
- A completely new WinUI-style interface
- Automatic removal of telemetry

There was an issue with the previous releases' tags. Therefore only 3.2 exists as a full release now.
