Voice Chat and Filters Update
- Added built-in voice chat for compatible PC VR and Quest standalone clients, with PC flat-screen support, PC microphone selection, Quest headset-microphone support, microphone controls, player-volume controls, and a master voice-chat toggle.
- Added individual two-way player muting, an active-speaker icon in the Players menu, and microphone dictation for the controller-operated keyboard.
- Added Virtual Boy and Game Boy full-scene filters
- Improved Rasengan and Rasen-Shuriken compatibility with ROM hacks such as B3313 without changing charge, combat, physics, timing, or visual behavior.
