Added

• GitHub Actions CI: build, test and clippy on Windows, macOS and Linux
  for every push to main and every pull request.
• Copy-mode regression tests for emoji: double-width glyphs, selection
  starting on a continuation cell, VS16 presentation selectors, skin-tone
  modifiers and ZWJ sequences.

Fixed

• Zero-width characters (ZWJ, VS16, combining marks) typed right after a
  double-width character were attached to that character's continuation
  cell and silently dropped, so ZWJ emoji sequences such as 👨‍👩‍👧 lost their
  joiners in copy mode. They now join the lead cell's grapheme.
