- Pane border and title visibility: the pane title is now always
drawn in the same color as its surrounding border, so the focused
pane's title picks up the active border color instead of a
tab-bar-oriented color that could vanish on dark backgrounds. The
unfocused border color was also brightened in all eight built-in
themes (each theme now uses its palette's "comment" tone), making
inactive pane frames and titles easier to distinguish without
overpowering the focused pane.
