Fixed

• Zones sliding under a top panel (#461, #472): with a top panel, zones slid under the panel and the bottom edge was over-reserved. The available-geometry heuristic could only guess which screen edge a panel's strut belonged to, and guessed wrong when the plasmashell panel query returned no panels. The KWin effect now reports the compositor's authoritative work area (clientArea), which carries correct per-edge strut attribution and auto-hide handling; the heuristic remains the fallback for sessions where the effect is not loaded.
• openSUSE Build Service packaging: cleared the remaining issues blocking a clean OBS build — a missing wayland-scanner build dependency, missing transitive KWin find_package dependencies, unowned directories, development files leaking into the runtime package, actionable rpmlint warnings, and changelog macros expanding inside spec-file comments.
