This is a bugfix/maintenance release with following main changes:

• Fix connectivity check error with wget and the MaxMind source
• check-ip-in-source script: fix error when run without root permissions
• Fix: geoip-shell configure -s results in an error (thank you @bndn for analyzing and reporting the issue)
• Fix: geoip-shell configure results in an error with certain options when the config file does not exist (thank you @bndn for analyzing and reporting the issue)
• Other minor reliability improvements
• Docs update (thank you @oraculix for contributing a guide for Caddy TLS certificate renewal)
