This is a small release with following main changes:

• Fix icmpv6 allow rule created with the iptables backend (thank you @ftpproxy for the bug report). This only affects iptables users who specifically configured geoip-shell to allow ICMP.
• Warn the user when they run the reset command (thank you @merquel for the feature request)
