• Rename the updater release from v0.5.1-updaterfix to v0.5.1, with matching executable and package versions. Behavior and retained validation are unchanged.
• Double-click LostOdysseyUpdater.exe beside the installed game and manifest.json to check for updates without launching the game first. Close the game before updating; the updater starts it after a successful installation.
• Follow GitHub Latest when the numeric version is higher, or when the numeric version is equal but the suffix differs. Keep the full release suffix in the program and package manifest. Existing v0.5.0 clients can upgrade to this version through their numeric-version check.
• Validation: 43 standalone checks, 14 version-policy checks and 7 suffix-packaging checks passed.
