🐛 Bug fixes

• avoid noisy file-history events when rescans only populate newly supported metadata fields for otherwise unchanged files
• schedule daily scans in the configured local timezone instead of UTC so Docker TZ settings are respected (#139)
• keep Linux AppImage media analysis on the packaged static ffprobe binary so scans do not depend on incompatible host FFmpeg shared libraries (#127)
