• Fix instance URL display in options, especially for Gitea and GitLab accounts
• Clear account creation details form when login succeeded
• Show instance URL in popup account selector
• Show account name (and possibly instance) in popup notification item tooltip
• Fix the no notifications message not being shown after using account selector
