- Updates Employee Advance and Expense Claim so the Base Currency field shows or hides based on the selected Currency and the company currency.
Adds validation for the Advance Account to match the record Currency (or the company currency) and patches existing Employee Advance and Expense Claim records so their saved currency and base values stay in sync. (#4330)
