What's Changed

- Adds Taxable Income Relief Threshold and Marginal Relief Income Threshold fields to the Income Tax Slab to allow configuration of income tax relief and marginal relief limits, especially for Indian tax regulations. This lets users set thresholds so that people with incomes below or slightly above the relief cap are taxed appropriately. (#3062)
