Bug Fixes
- Delays backend startup until the configurator finishes, so the app list is available before the services start. Also skips creating the frontend site when it already exists, which avoids the startup error on repeated runs. (#1944)
- Updates the automated pre-commit hook refresh workflow to use a supported Python-based step instead of a deprecated action. This keeps the routine update job available for maintaining pre-commit hooks. (#1945)
