CPR-vCodex 1.2.0.37

• Added configurable OPDS download filename format for KOReader filename matching.
• Choose Author - Title (default) or Title - Author from Settings > System > OPDS Filename Format.
• The same setting is available in File Transfer web settings under KOReader Sync.

Release build size: 6,322,624 bytes. PlatformIO flash usage: 6,310,069 / 6,553,600 bytes.
