Changes
- Add 87.5=SemiCondensed to STAT wdth axis values (compulsory per GF axis registry for fonts with wdth range 50–150)
- Restrict fvar named instances to weight axis only (wdth=100); cross-axis instances remain available as static TTF/WOFF2 exports
- Fix head/name table version mismatch by explicitly re-setting fontRevision after varLib.build()
- Bump version to 1.2.1
