Fixes
- Prevent shared PostgreSQL pool starvation and close dedicated broker advisory-lock pools during shutdown. Preserve unlimited connection lifetime settings. (#2885, #2888)

- Preserve quoted JSON payload keys and copy complete payloads. Add explicit metadata, JSON payload, idempotency key and idempotency value search modes, with literal exact identifier handling. (#2888)
Upgrade
Run the normal database migration step before starting the upgraded server and agents. Required queued indexes are managed by the application.
