Fixed
- macOS dock icon is now the same look and size whether the app is running
or not. v0.77.0 gave the not-running icon a dark squircle backing, but the
running app draws the transparent PNG directly, so the two states still
differed (small dark tile vs large transparent logo). Both now use the
transparent logo, enlarged to fill the dock tile so it matches the size of
neighbouring apps. The icon source (build/appicon.svg) carries the enlarged
artwork; the squircle variant was dropped.
