Patch release with a fix for the transformation system and a few content changes.
Because of the dual releases occurring, if you wish to install the 4.4.1 update in V12 you will need to uninstall the system completely and reinstall it, rather than using the built-in update button.

- [#5565] Transform dialog should now open on worlds without saved transformation settings
- [#5566] Free Rules source should now be properly localized in the compendium browser
