• Composer: platform requirements in composer.lock (php, php-*, hhvm, ext-*, lib-*, composer, composer-plugin-api and composer-runtime-api) are no longer reported as versionless dependencies such as comp+ext-mbstring$. (#1799)
• NuGet: a .csproj (or other project file) is no longer analyzed when obj/project.assets.json exists beside it to avoid analyzing projects twice
• NuGet: PackageVersion entries in Directory.Packages.props whose Version references an MSBuild property are now expanded.
