Switched build image from go 1.21(.8) to 1.22(.2 at the moment)
Fixed logger incomplete information (fix is mostly in fortio.org/log v1.12.2) and improved logging to differentiate read timeout on invalid servers (like missing \r\n in headers, see #913) from other errors
