You now only need to copy the binary from machine to machine to "install" fortio!

• Use golang 1.16 support for embedding files to not need to figure out where the ui/static and ui/templates files may be on the filesystem (Fixes: #459 through PR #468, #477 ) - Thanks @mcdoker18 !
• Also refix #461 for back button issue (#476).
