Bots v2
Starting with this release, the scan nodes support running "protocolVersion": 2 bots. Some notable changes for v2 bots are:
- Excluding from block, transaction and alert streaming
- Skipping initialization call
- A new HTTP health check
- New assignment detection logic (chain ID and shard ID)
