This release contains source code to build libuninameslist (with NamesList.txt 18.0), libuninameslist-fr (with ListeDesNoms 17.0), and Python wrapper uninameslist.py (ver0.2).
This version updated libuninameslist from 17.0 to 18.0
This version adds 13,007 new characters, including nine new emoji characters as well as many other characters and symbols, bringing the total number of encoded characters to 172,808.

Users who do not have 'autoconf' or 'automake' (or cannot run them), should choose the -dist- release version included here which skips these steps (you then start at ./configure).
