New options
- Real execution start/end/duration - pre v1.8.0 the timestamp shown is the instant the audit line is produced - after the end of the execution
- Execution memory allocated start/end/delta/peak - peak could not show the biggest peak since this is not monitored continuously.
Both options are disabled by default and require a PostgreSQL restart to be changed.
