Snapdrop is available on Google Play and F-Droid. In favor of more trustful F-Droid builds we do not offer release APK's for direct download, not least due to different signing signatures.
Development builds created by our CI can be downloaded here, however we cannot guarantee that they will always operate properly. You will have to uninstall an old side-loaded GitHub APK, to be able to receive updates via F-Droid or Playstore.
