Restored reliable PDF CJK fallback delivery: @file-viewer/renderer-pdf now owns the required font source, and incomplete Vite asset installs fail with a repair action instead of silently degrading output.
Updated EML parsing with postal-mime 3.0.0 for charset fallback, RFC 5322 header unfolding, first-wins duplicate headers, and stable recipient ordering.
Kept Vue 2.6/2.7, Worker/WASM, offline assets, and full-package cold installs covered by the release closure.

89 ecosystem tarballs were frozen and read back through npm, pnpm, Yarn, and Bun; browser runtime checks include Vue 2.6.
Public CI passed build, governance, security, browser, Vite, Office, CAD/DWF, and cold-consumer regression gates.
