This release focuses on execution speed, consensus safety, and a smaller runtime:

Native precompiles: The Ethereum precompiles (0x01–0x11 and P256VERIFY at 0x100) are served by revm's native implementations instead of rWasm guests, with the same addresses, gas and results at every fork. ecrecover, KZG, BN256 and BLS12-381 run several times faster.
rWasm 0.7.2: Both engines stop a call chain at the same stack limits, the compiler accepts the wide-arithmetic proposal, and a Wasmtime tail-call divergence is fixed.
Transaction gas cap: Transactions above 100 Mgas are rejected by the pool and by block validation (EIP-7825 with a Fluent-specific limit, inert for every historical block).
Hardening and cleanup: Resume syscalls are rejected before they touch guest memory, halted frames release their suspended runtimes, the SVM runtime and Solana crates are removed, and fluentbase-runtime no longer forces the Wasmtime dependency on SDK consumers.

Upgrade notes:

Every node must run this release before the WASM runtime or the runtime-upgrade guests are rebuilt with an SDK on rWasm 0.7.x: nodes on 0.6.0 cannot decode the wide-arithmetic opcodes.
fluentbase-types, fluentbase-genesis and fluentbase-contracts no longer have the svm feature; fluentbase-runtime/wasmtime is opt-in; generated SDK clients no longer revert on value > tx_value.
A fresh genesis installs no code at the precompile addresses; live networks keep the historical guests there, and execution ignores them.
