Changes since v0.2.3

• Added portable mode: create portable.txt beside LodRecomp/LodRecomp.app to keep config files and saves in that folder.
• Updated Windows/Linux packaged README notes for portable mode.
• Updated app/version metadata to 0.2.4.

Validation

• Built LodRecomp successfully on macOS.
• Bounded smoke run launched with portable.txt, used the local portable config/saves folder, validated the ROM, and reached gameplay startup without crashing.
