What's Changed

• Updating readme to note Fleetio officially adopting the package
• Adding a "UTM Type" column to the modeling (our marketing team uses this field for analysis)
• Removing CI tests for Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery. We're working to create a service account for supporting Snowflake tests in the future. We (Fleetio) use Snowflake, so all of our changes are tested locally with Snowflake.
