Update notes
The xrpl node now uses the ghcr.io/flare-foundation/connected-chains-docker/xrpl-deb image, which is built from official binaries instead of from source. xrpld 3.4.1 is a security release and its source code is not yet public. This doesn't change anything about the deployment itself, so no additional upgrade steps are needed.
