Fixes:
#45 - if directAccess fails on device initialization, the Kumo cloud API will be used automatically. This error is logged.
#43 - experimental - changed behavior so that plugin keeps trying to login after a failed attempt. I noticed that I occasionally get this error message on restart but it is intermittent. The current wait is 10 secs but this might need to be longer.
#35 - experimental - more minor changes to try and resolve this issue. time out settings were reduced to avoid slow response plugin errors - device fetch queries now timeout at 2 secs.
