This release fixes another macOS issue where dead keys, for example the two-key sequence ",space on the US International keyboard layout would incorrectly insert space (#12979).

The files called fish-4.9.3-linux-*.tar.xz contain standalone fish binaries for any Linux with the given CPU architecture.
