This is a Testnet release. It is not suggested for Mainnet Beta use.

• Testnet memory footprint reduced from ~233 GB to ~109GB
• Mainnet memory footprint reduced from ~307 GiB to ~182GB
• New mlx5 kernel-bypass networking provider for Mellanox ConnectX NICs; [net] provider now defaults to "auto" and selects it where supported
• Support for Solana 4.3 features including no-op transactions, double disinflation rate, and inactive stake removal
• Faster snapshot creation and parallel snapshot decompression
• Config changes: [snapshots] *_snapshot_interval_slots renamed to *_snapshot_interval_blocks, [net] auto_level removed; re-run firedancer configure init all after upgrading
