This is a Testnet release. It may also be used on mainnet with a small amount of stake in accordance with Anza's guidelines for v4.2.0-rc.0.

Release Notes

• Upgrade the agave submodule to v4.2.0-rc.0
• Increase the default max_pending_shred_sets value
• Fix program cache reads in bundle execution

Note: This increases the default memory usages by 9 gigantic pages, which may require a reboot before upgrading.
