Changes
- Updated the recommendation cards to be able to display all text without being cutoff.
- Fixed an issue where TMDB API calls were being attempted even if the service wasn't actually connected.
- Added missing database columns used for storing whether watch history is included or not per service. If you toggle off watch history for a service it should now persist on reloads etc..
