Major changes since 2.34

If you are running with the following configuration setting this update will not effect you.

$config['owasp_csrf_protector_enabled'] = true;

This release allows guest uploads when config owasp_csrf_protector_enabled is set to true or false. In particular the false setting should work fine for guest uploads now. The CSRF is still used for guest uploads the system returns the token properly in such cases.

$config['owasp_csrf_protector_enabled'] = false;
