TD Tech MT5700M-CN
- Prepare USB configuration 2 and load CDC NCM when no network interface exists; preserve a working network function and keep network interfaces out of serial binding.
- Prevent disabled or parked modem interfaces from being restarted by netdev hotplug. This addresses duplicate ownership and competing DHCPv6 clients after replacing a modem.
- Correct NDIS CID/status parsing and verify USB autodial mode instead of checking only the enable bit.
- Add LTE and shared NR band selection/readback and network-mode control.
- Correct signal conversion and cell identifiers; add secondary-carrier and neighbor measurements and transmit power.
- Use the modem's dedicated SMS submission format, delete batch slots in descending order, and prevent automatic resubmission after an ambiguous or partially accepted multipart send.
Diagnostics
- Include raw FM350 ETHERMAL replies and TD Tech mode, NDIS, band, cell and SMS-storage queries in diagnostic reports.
- The missing FM350 temperature reported on TR3600 is still under investigation; this release adds evidence collection rather than claiming a temperature fix.
Local regression and profile checks pass. Cold-boot behavior, real traffic, band changes and SMS still require hardware confirmation. The earlier vendor-specific NCM layout ff/02/16 is not yet confirmed supported; the later standard CDC NCM layout was observed working in the reporter's logs. Expanded temperature and beam/MCS displays are deferred.
