Pelmet 0.3.1-beta.2

Second beta of 0.3.1, on the beta channel only (Settings › About › "Get beta releases"). Follow-ups on the Camera & mic item from beta.1.

New:

• SharePlay shows on Pelmet's Camera & mic item. A SharePlay session
  with no call (started from Messages, or "Continue SharePlay" after you
  hang up) lives in the same Apple pill as the camera. macOS takes it off
  the bar as soon as any icon is hidden, so the item now wears the
  SharePlay glyph while one's live, and a click opens Apple's controls.

Fixed:

• A few clicks in a row on Camera & mic could make the item disappear
  until the next reveal (#68, thanks @rd-david-wahlandt). Pelmet read the
  bar while macOS was still putting it back, and took Apple's controls
  for still being up. It now waits for the bar to settle.
• A click on the clock or Camera & mic could hide one of Pelmet's icons
  for a moment when that icon had just appeared or changed. The picture
  covering the bar was older than the change. Pelmet takes a new one now.
• The clock could show the previous minute for about a second after a
  click on it or on Camera & mic. The picture covering the bar reached
  over the clock. It stops just before it now, so the time you see is
  the real one.
