Pelmet 0.3.0-beta.4

Fourth beta of 0.3.0, on the beta channel only (Settings › About › "Get beta releases", 0.2.41 or later). Everything from beta.3, plus:

New:

• Control Center hides. Its tile sits next to the clock's in the editor:
  drop it in Hidden or Always Hidden and it goes with the section. Like
  the clock it never moves, and the tile says so.

Fixed:

• With the clock in a hidden section, Apply tried to move the visible icons
  to the right of it, an impossible drag that ended in "1 not moved" on
  every pass. The clock and Control Center now stay out of the plan.
