Pelmet 0.3.0-beta.3

Third beta of 0.3.0, on the beta channel only (Settings › About › "Get beta releases", 0.2.41 or later). Everything from beta.2, plus:

Fixed:

• Clicking the clock while icons are hidden showed a lighter patch over
  the bar while Notification Center slid open, and a darker one while it
  closed. Closing no longer blinks at all, the click just goes through.
  Opening now follows the panel: the bar darkens from the right edge in
  step with the panel's own slide, with the icons hidden or out. Hover
  reveals with the panel open no longer reuse a picture from before it
  opened (#51, thanks @richyueh).

• Changing the wallpaper or switching light and dark left the old bar in
  the picture for up to fifteen minutes, on every reveal and on every
  clock click. Both now drop the picture at once.

• On a Mac with a Notification Center widget on the desktop, Pelmet read
  the panel as always open, so a clock press that missed was never
  retried.
