Changed:

• Apple's own menu bar apps (Weather, Passwords, the Kerberos ticket) are
  remembered by app rather than by the title of their icon, so a language
  change or a retitle can't lose the section you put them in. Their spot
  is kept out of everything that measures positions in the bar, the way
  the system icons already were (#38, thanks @mr-steveryan for the pull
  request). Downgrading past this version puts those icons back in
  Visible once; drag them back and they stay.

Fixed:

• Three unit tests that only passed by accident under the old "every
  Apple bundle is off limits" rule (#38, thanks @mr-steveryan).
