Update-flow polish.

Fixed

• The update window now always appears in front. Sparkle's dialogs are lowered past by Nook's floating settings window no more — the yield happens the moment each window is shown, covering manual checks and scheduled automatic checks alike.

Changed

• About's update state got a visual refresh — a clear green "You're on the latest version" chip, a proper accent button when an update is available.

Requires macOS 27. Updating from an earlier version: Sparkle offers this automatically.
