Dimble 0.3.3-beta.9

Ninth beta of 0.3.3, on the beta channel only (Settings › About › "Get beta releases").

New:

• A Quick Note item, in Settings › Menu Bar (#99, thanks @dinopaulus). Apple's Quick Note icon is a Control Center control, and macOS takes those off the menu bar while Dimble hides your icons. Dimble's stays put, and a click starts a new Quick Note.
• A Small Dot style for Dimble's icon, half the width of the Dot (#98, thanks @TigerCat-hu).
