Fixed:

• Pelmet's own icons (Siri, Time Machine, camera, media, timer, the app
  launchers and the separators) showed up as a blank gap on the menu bar
  of any display you weren't working on, sometimes for the whole time the
  bar was open. macOS draws those bars from a picture of each icon it
  takes when the icon appears, before Pelmet's fade has painted it, and
  didn't take another. Pelmet now hands it a fresh picture once the fade
  is done.
• Clicking the clock waited up to half a second before Notification
  Center opened when another picture of the bar had just been taken. It
  opens in about a fifth of a second now.
• On a Mac with a notch and enough icons to overflow the built-in bar,
  the picture Pelmet floats while icons move could stretch across two
  displays. It stays on the main one.
