Pelmet 0.2.33

Fixed:

• Clicking the clock opens Notification Center again on Macs with an
  external display beside the built-in one, tops aligned. macOS lists
  the menu bar once per display, and after a lid close or a replug it
  lists that display's bar first. Pelmet read the clock's spot from it
  and looked for the clock somewhere that doesn't exist on any screen,
  so your click never got its workaround and macOS refused it. The
  editor and the placement bookkeeping read that same wrong bar, so
  icons on those Macs also went unmeasured (#27, thanks @cookie-drummer).
• Moving to another display and clicking the chevron there no longer
  makes the whole bar blink bright. macOS dims the menu bar on the
  displays you're not using. The pictures Pelmet floats while icons move
  were taken with another display active, so a dim picture sat over a
  bar that had just lit up. The pictures now follow the display you
  last clicked, and the first hovers after switching displays no longer
  show the dimmed bar either.
• Without Screen Recording, a click on the clock waited about a quarter
  second before it landed. It lands right away now.
