Pelmet 0.2.28

Fixed:

• Clicking the clock to open Notification Center no longer flashes the
hidden icons. macOS refuses that click while anything is hidden, so
Pelmet has to let everything show for the instant the click takes. It
now holds a picture of the bar over the strip for that instant, waits
until the hidden icons are actually gone again, and lifts it. Nothing
paints, the date stays whole, and the panel opens as before.
• The Settings caption for that option says what it does now.
