Pelmet 0.2.10

Fixed:

• Hovering another app's menu bar overlay no longer reveals the hidden
section. Pelmet treated any pointer resting in the menu bar band as a
bar hover, so opening a notch app like Sconce made the icons to its
right fade in and re-render about a second later. The hover reveal now
checks which window is actually under the pointer and stays put when
it belongs to another app. Clicks and drags are unchanged.
