Bugfixes

• #1180: Propagation of subroutine test coverage to referring calls and their containing diagrams hadn't been done properly.
• #1181: Code preview highlighting wasn't always consistent with execution progress (particularly around Calls).

Code revisions

• Performance improvement in Executor (by avoiding duplicate routine pool registration).
• Some obsolete (disabled) code parts removed.
• Deprecated SWF export disabled (see poll #1173).
• Some missing annotations added (cf. issue #1077).
